Welcome to Olga Primary School
On behalf of all the children, staff and governors I would like to extend a warm welcome to our website and to our school. Olga is an inclusive, friendly school in the heart of the East End with an enviable location that enables us to take advantage of all that London has to offer. We are proud to be a community school and are lucky to have a rich mix of families from a huge variety of backgrounds.
Our values of being kind, being curious and being courageous are at the heart of what we do every day and underpins our motto of ‘be the best you can be.’ We strive to ensure that, whatever their starting point each child’s journey through Olga gives them the values, skills and knowledge to prepare them for each stage of their education and enables them to make a positive contribution to our local community and wider world.

Last week, Year 1 took part in a workshop led by Go Kids Go. They guided the children in talking about different needs and abilities and how it is important we are sensitive to the needs and feelings of others.

Following on from our Autism Awareness month in April, we would like everyone in the Olga community to consider how they can support autistic people.

Year 1 have been learning about Andy Goldsworthy as part of our Art learning this half term.
