Early Birds Breakfast Club

Monday to Friday 8am-9am. Children must be dropped off by 8:45am if they wish to eat breakfast.

Open to all children attending school and only £3 per day for the first child. A discounted rate of £2 per day is charged for additional siblings. 

Emergency/unplanned childcare (including breakfast) can also be arranged for parents who need to bring their child to school between 8-8:45am. This will be chargeable at £4 per session. Please call the school office in advance the day before if possible, to arrange.

Night Owls After School Childcare Club

Monday to Friday from 3:20-6pm.

Open to all children attending school and charged at £40 for a full week or £10 per day for selected days in a week. Snacks/food are included in the price. 

Emergency after school childcare will also be offered to any parent of a child in the school and will be chargeable at £15 per session. Please call the school office in advance the day before if possible, to arrange. Same day childcare is available if required.

How to Enrol in Early Birds / Night Owls

To enrol your child for Breakfast Club or Night Owls Childcare, contact Emma at admin@olga.towerhamlets.sch.uk. Include your child's full name and year group / class name as well as the regular days you would like to request your child attend each club. A minimum commitment for at least half a term is required. Payment in advance on Pay 360. 

  • Note - If you child is new to Olga and starting in Nursery or Reception, they will not be able to start attending our childcare provision until they are settled and staying for the full school day.

After School Activity Clubs (Years 1-6 only)

The school runs after school activity clubs on most days from 3:30-4:30pm. Clubs rotate on a termly basis and are specific to year groups. Most clubs are charged at £25 per term. Parents of children enrolled into childcare services will receive a 40% discount for taking part in any of the chargeable clubs. Parents will be notified at the start of each new term when clubs are published for booking on Pay 360.
